Can I get a proof of refund from my payments?

Refund confirmation is available directly through the Merchant Dashboard or via API, which are the official sources of record for payment activity. Any other confirmations are not available.

A screenshot of the refund status in the Merchant Dashboard serves as the official confirmation of refund.

Separate confirmation letters are not issued.

How to verify a refund

  1. Log in to your Merchant Dashboard.

  2. Paste the Reference ID into the search bar.

  3. Open the payment details.

  4. Check the payment status:

    • If the status shows “Refunded”, the payment has been successfully refunded.

    • To capture proof of refund, take a screenshot of the transaction details tab that appears on the right side of the dashboard.

What confirmation is available: The Merchant Dashboard screenshot showing the refund status is the official proof of refund. Formal receipts or RRNs (Retrieval Reference Numbers) are not available for all payment types - RRNs only apply to card network transactions.
