A payout is stuck in "Pending" status for a long time

Last updated: June 12, 2026

Issue: Your payout has been sitting in Pending status longer than expected and hasn't been paid out.

What this usually means

A payout that stays in Pending for an extended period is most often on hold pending a compliance review. As a regulated payments provider, we periodically review payouts before releasing funds. While that review is open, the payout will remain in Pending.

In many cases, the review is waiting on a Request for Information (RFI) — our compliance team needs additional details or documentation from you before the payout can be released.

What to do

  1. Check the inbox you registered with us. Our compliance team reaches out to the contact email you provided during onboarding. Make sure you're looking at that mailbox.

  2. Look for an RFI (Request for Information). Search for recent messages from our compliance team. An RFI will tell you exactly what's needed — for example, supporting documents, transaction details, or account verification.

  3. Don't forget spam/junk and shared inboxes. RFI emails are sometimes filtered, especially if the registered contact is a shared or generic address.

  4. Respond promptly and in full. The payout stays in Pending until the RFI is answered. Providing everything requested in one reply is the fastest way to release the funds.

Still stuck?

If you've checked the registered inbox and there's no RFI — or you've already responded and the payout is still Pending — reply here with your payout reference / ID and we'll investigate the hold for you.
