Why is my payment stuck in “Finalizing” for a long time?

It means the funds have already arrived, but Ivy is still completing the final booking and verification checks.

This step usually completes within a few minutes.

In some cases, it may take up to 48 hours if additional verification is required - for example:

  • the transfer is flagged for routine compliance review,

  • or booking confirmation requires manual validation.

The payment will automatically update once all checks are completed.
