How do I get a production (live) API key?

Context

Teams preparing to go live need production (live) API credentials to process real transactions in their applications.

Steps to generating your live API key

To receive production API keys, first complete your onboarding with our team. Once approved, you can generate live keys directly in the dashboard.

  1. Submit KYB information and be approved by the Ivy Onboarding Team

  2. Ivy will enable your Account for Production access

  3. You can then generate production keys in the Ivy Dashboard

    • Navigate to the Developers section.

    • Ensure that you are not in "test mode"

    • Select "Generate secrets" to create your production credentials.

  4. In addition, please also complete the Webhooks and Configuration section for your production environment
