Can you please invite members to our dashboard

You can grant company members access to the Merchant Dashboard by inviting them directly from the dashboard settings.

Steps to Invite a Member

1. Log in to the Merchant Dashboard.

2. Navigate to the Settings tab.

3. Select Member Access.

4. Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.

5. Select Invite Members.

6. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.

7. Assign the appropriate role.

8. Send the invitation.

The invited user will receive an email to accept access.

Available Roles

When inviting a member, you must assign one of the following roles:

• Admin

• Editor

• Operator

• Viewer

Each role has different permission levels within the Merchant Dashboard.

Notes

• Only users with sufficient permissions (e.g., Admin) can invite new members.

• Role permissions determine what actions a user can perform within the dashboard.

• Roles can be updated later if access levels need to change.
