How can I get Sandbox Access?

You can test your Ivy integration using sandbox banks with mock data and Ivy's built-in Sandbox Tools. This lets you simulate every flow - success, failure, refunds, and more - before going live.

  1. Generate API Keys and complete Developer configuration in Test Mode

    1. An orange banner will appear at the top of the Ivy Dashboard when you are in Test Mode

  2. Create checkout session and test the Checkout Flows with Sandbox Banks

  3. Simulate successful and unsuccessful Payins and Refunds via the Ivy Dashboard

    1. Click into the relevant payment to complete the final leg of the payment or refund by simulating this step within the Ivy Dashboard.
