We are excited that you are nearly ready to go live with Ivy as a payment method to unlock new opportunities for your business. The completion of the following steps will ensure a smooth and successful launch and rollout.
User Experience
In order to have the best converting payment experience, please ensure that the User Experience Guidance is applied in your checkout. Share your designs and recordings with Ivy so that the UX can be signed off.
Production Testing Checklist
Before going live, it is recommended that you complete Live testing. Guidance for this is detailed here.
Settlement Account Configuration
Please ensure that you have set up your EUR/GBP/USDC accounts with your Ivy Integration Manager so that Settlement Payouts are ready for when you start processing customer payments. More information can be found here.
Go-Live and Rollout plan
For each product and country share your rollout plan with Ivy so that you can have a successful launch.
Schedule a pre-launch kick off call with Ivy's Head of Client Solutions to align on this Go-Live and Rollout plan. This can be done via this link.
Outline your success metrics with Ivy for overall and in country performance so that Ivy can provide ongoing analytics.
Align on any future product releases or development work.
Assign Team Members to Ivy Dashboard
Please see the overview of the Ivy Dashboard here. Please ensure that your Operations, Finance, Support and Product teams have relevant access rights so that they can easily navigate tasks and raise support queries.
Review Ivy RFI Requirements
As part of ongoing Transaction Monitoring, there might be times when Ivy requires further information about a payment. Please ensure that your compliance and support teams are familiar with the RFI process detailed here.
Post Go-Live Meeting and Introduction to Customer Success Manager
Once live, you will be dedicated a Customer Success Manager who will be your primary contact as you rollout with Ivy.
