Resending Webhooks via the Merchant Dashboard

Merchants can resend webhooks for transactions, including payins, payouts, and deposits, directly from the dashboard.

Steps to resend a webhook:

  1. Navigate to the Developer tab in the merchant dashboard.

  2. Select Webhooks from the menu.

  3. Use the available filters to locate the webhook you want to resend — filtering by date is usually the most effective.

  4. Once you find the specific webhook, click into it and select Resend.

This allows you to trigger the webhook again without needing to recreate the transaction, ensuring your systems receive the necessary notifications.
