How do I get bank statements for my accounts

You can download bank statements for your accounts directly from the Merchant Dashboard.

Steps to retrieve your bank statements

  1. Log in to the Merchant Dashboard.

  2. From the left-hand menu, click Accounts.

    1. This will display all bank accounts you have set up with Ivy.

  3. Select the account you want to view.

  4. A details panel will appear on the right-hand side.

  5. Click Statements.

  6. Choose your desired date range and download the statement.

Bank statements are available only for the accounts visible in your dashboard.
